Returns
You may return new, unopened items or items that arrive damaged that were sold and fulfilled by www.pawprintsofillinois.com within 30 days for a full refund.  After 30 days, a product credit will be issued.  Items should be returned in their original packaging.  Please include a copy of your receipt with your returned item.  Upon receipt, your refund will be processed and credited to the account used to make the purchase - less any applicable shipping and/or gift wrapping charges.  Because items can be lost in the mail, your return should be shipped back to us Priority Mail, Parcel Post, by UPS, or by Federal Express. P.A.W. Prints of Illinois, LLC, is not responsible for returns that are lost and/or do not reach us.  Please call Customer Service at our toll free number for instructions on where to mail your returned item.

Product Warning:  Do NOT use the Miss Gigi-Mae ™ Tether System (patent pending) in infant or toddler’s play area when the infant/toddler is unsupervised.  NEVER use this toy where the infant or toddler sleeps. Do NOT connect tethers across bed, cot, crib, playpen, or other sleeping area. This toy has extending tether cords that pose an entanglement or strangulation risk.  NEVER form a chain of tethers more than 12 inches (30.48 cm) long or add additional strings or straps of any kind to this product.

Always supervise your child when he or she is using the Miss Gigi-Mae ™ Tether System.  This product is not to be used for any utility other than the child’s use in retrieving selected items from Miss Gigi-Mae ™ for amusement only.  This product has been safety tested by Bureau Veritas Consumer Product Services, Inc. Testing has been conducted before, during, and after production and conforms to or surpasses all U.S. regulations for toy safety.  The Miss Gigi-Mae ™ Tether System also conforms to the safety requirements of ASTM F-963.
